ABOUT THIS COURSE
In this course we will create images of the most famous fairy-tale characters of all times:
– gnome
– dragon
– fairy
– Rapunzel
– Little Red Riding Hood
– mermaid
– forest monster
– unicorn
– stargazer
Each work, as usual, is a finished masterpiece!
The course is conducted interactively, through the video call program Zoom. It consists of 9 lessons, conducted weekly from 18 April till 20 June 2024.
Attention: April 25th is a public holiday in Australia, there will be no lesson. The first lesson of the course will be held on April 18th instead of April 25th. For the Saturday group, the first lesson will be held on April 20th instead of April 27th.
Time of Lessons:
– Every Thursday, 3:45pm – 4:30pm Queensland time (UTC/GMT+10)

or (provided we get enough participants for one more group learning on Saturdays)

Price:
$144 for a course of 9 lessons ($16 per lesson), or $20 per lesson if you join occasionally.
FOR WHOM THIS COURSE
This course is ideal for children aged 5 to 8 years. You can start at an earlier age, but then with the help of an adult. Since the format is family-based, this means that other family members can participate for free, without feedback. It turns out that the course is for all interested artists in your family.

MATERIALS FOR THIS COURSE
– 5 sheets of white thick paper or cardboard A3
– 4 sheets of black thick paper or A3 cardboard (you can pre-paint white sheets of paper with black acrylic paint, as an option)
– a lead pencil, an eraser
– colored paper, pencil glue
– black waterproof marker (waterproof, permanent marker) 1-2 mm thick
– oil pastel in the set
– soft round brushes of different sizes (including very thick)
– watercolor paints (you will definitely need white paint)
– palette, water in a jar, paper and wet wipes, hair dryer – this should always be at hand

Join a Zoom session at the right time, as per the timetable
Once the Zoom course has been added to your profile, simply navigate to the course content page using the “Curriculum” tab at the top of this page, or click on the “Start Course” button.

A link to the Zoom session will also be sent to your email address straight after completing a payment for the course (or occasional attendance).
